Terms of Service

FundScoutAI helps small business owners identify grant opportunities and generate draft grant applications using AI. We do not guarantee that any grant application will be successful, funded, or accepted by any funder. Grant outcomes depend entirely on the funder's decisions.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to operate the business you represent.

The Free plan gives you access to basic grant matching and your business profile at no cost. The Pro plan ($30/month) gives you access to curated private/foundation grants, AI-drafted applications, deadline reminders, and saved drafts. Prices may change with 30 days' notice to your account email.

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel anytime from your Account Settings — your access continues until the end of the billing period you already paid for. We do not offer refunds for partial months. If a payment fails, we will notify you and may suspend Pro access until payment is resolved.

The Service uses AI to generate draft grant applications based on the information you provide. These drafts are starting points — you are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all content before submitting to any funder. We are not responsible for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in AI-generated drafts.

You retain ownership of the business information and content you provide. We retain ownership of the Service, its design, and its underlying technology. AI-generated drafts created from your inputs are yours to use.

Our data practices are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service you agree to those practices.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular grant match or draft will meet your needs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Desert Oasis Digital LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pierce County, Washington.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
